PageScope Box Operator
Hi,
I am having a problem with 454e, user boxes are showing on machine's panel with documents saved in it. Prints can be taken out from user boxes from machine but when i access user boxes through pagescope box operator boxes are accessible (can be opened) but documents are not visible. just blank boxes. When i recheck on machine side they are available. I have formatted the HDD but nothing happened. Re-installed box operator, tried different versions but same problem. I even checked by connecting directly via network cable with machine using laptop, but same fault.
any solution or suggestion?
