Download from infohub (application filter):
IWS Deployment tool 1.30 (IWS install tool) and Google Cloud Print setup.iws
Downloads also includes manuals for deployment tool and google cloud print setup manual.
Folow instructions on both manual and all should install without problem.
Basicly you have to enable IWS and some other network settings on machine. Start IWS deployment tool on Win machine and upload Google cloud print setup APP to machine and then you can start app from machine.
In Google cloud print setup manual which is available to download from km support page few pages are missing in the begining of manual; same manual downloaded from infohub has every page. That's what you're missing.
