Jam 3204 on C8000

HI,

Anyone encountered this jam code on the fixing unit, J-3204?
The fuser rollers stops its rotation just after the edge of the paper hits the paper exit sensor(PS61).
So the paper was stocked in between the upper roller and the lower roller of the fusing unit, and displays the jam code. This happens for all trays and all types of paper, landscape and portrait, face up and face down.

We have recently tested the conveyance drive board, but still we got the same issue on jam

Just an update : we have resolved this issue by copying the data of a working unit and upload this data into this machine and it worked
