    Bizhub C452 errorcode C-DC10 DC00 DC30

    Before it happen, machine asked to change the Imaging Black Unit,
    when took it off and put the new one, appear "error code C-DC10".
    Took it out and put the old one back, still the same "error code C-DC10".

    Been trying to search "error code C-DC10" in the manual, but didn't find any info about that.

    i try to change NVRAM, MFP board, PRCB board, still remain plz any one help

      The Service manual says its a security related error and to contact them

      the error code CDC## (The numbers make no difference its all the same security error) Its a very strange code to look up.

      Im looking forward to what others have to say about it

          This is the information from KM Europe:
          Background
          After replacing of developer unit bk error code C-2650 appears. When you reinstall former developer unit the error code C-DC10 appears
          Symptom
          PRCB is damaged by wrong developer unit
          CauseAction
          1.) Installed the correct Developer unit A0TK03D - DV-612K
          2.) Replace the PRCB
          3.) contact KonicaMinolta, for further steps.

              Could it be a regional thing?

              Have you done a system error clear?

                          You may have shot the NV RAM.

                          You may have noncorrupted backup of it on HDD? NVRAM recovery tool may help. A0P00Y0-F000-GQ7-D1

                                          to enable Engine FW DipSW
                                          go to system2 software switch
                                          change switch no 59 to 01 in hex
                                          go to enhanced security then you see engine fw dipsw
