[Misc] b250 not taking paper

hie tecs
i have a bizhub 250 which is failing to take more than 30 papers in its tray. if you put a ream of bond it will make some noise and the give a code error of c0202.
how best can i tackle the issue.
the problem is said to have started after a long day of printing abt 4k copies.

Have you tried anything to fix it yet? C-0202 is a lift error.

There's a motor back there with a plastic clutch that could be broken. I think that you can switch positions of motors (should be the same); remove both trays and replace lift motor from tray 1 to tray 2 and vice versa.
Now if it that drawer work OK and the other drawer produce an error - order a new lift motor.

There's a motor back there with a plastic clutch that could be broken. I think that you can switch positions of motors (should be the same); remove both trays and replace lift motor from tray 1 to tray 2 and vice versa.
Now if it that drawer work OK and the other drawer produce an error - order a new lift motor.

It happens to me frequently on this site. I have to type in Notepad and then cut and paste into the editor pane because my spacebar doesn't work in the editor.
