[Jamming] DF-620 Jamming at the sep roller

I have a DF-620 on a Bizhub 222. As the paper enters the doc feeder it immediatly jams right at the seperation roller as if it has too much tension. All the rollers and the seperation pad and spring are new. Any ideas?

There is a one-way bearing in the drive section that gets slippy. Sometimes you get lucky and a little alcohol poured down a spring hook will fix it. Otherwise you will need to get in there and clean the one-way and scuff up the shaft. Good luck

Any idea what number that one-way bearing is listed as in the DF-620 parts manual? So I will know where to look.
