[Misc] Konica C454e doesn't scan to email

Konica C454e doesn't scan to email and can't get notifications and counter.

checked all the settings DNS server , everything is alright .

please advise

I can tell you that "checked the DNS settings" does not really help.

1. Did it ever work
2. Who is the mail provider
3. Have you tried to telnet into the mail server on the designated port
4. What firmware is on the device
5. Without giving the username and password, what are the settings on the device
6. What message are you getting on the device (log in failure, server connect error, etc)..

i had some of this issues on a few differeent machines just after the email server had some changes made on the authentification options, some it guys dont tell you they changed the ssl options because on the normal PC Outlook landscape everything keep working, some investigation might be needed. wish you luck on that!

Always try to keep the firmware up to date on the "e" models.
Especially if scanning to e-mail doesn't work
