I'd like to ask for some advice regarding a strange issue I'm having with a Bizhub C35 machine. C35 thin horizontal lines.pdf

If it's only on copies and not on print, fax, or internal jobs .... clean the glass.

Have seen similar faults a couple of times. Its always been the mfp board that's fixed it for me.

The glass is clean and so are the laser windows under the imaging units. Can the mpf board be repaired or did you install a new one?

New board both times. Make sure if you decide to fit a new one, that you follow the procedure in the manual.

One other thing that I've noticed this morning when I turned on the machine: It emitted a strange buzzing sound. The sound came from the side where the mfp board is mounted. The unit didn't start it didn't get past the logo.
