bizhub C20 Firmware needed

    bizhub C20 Firmware needed

    Hi @ll!

    Last week I was forced to exchange my 4695MF against a bizhub C20... nothing wrong with it.

    However the BHC20 has old firmwares on it and I remember that I had to update several ROMs on the 4695MF
    in order to solve problems with Fax and printing huge PCL or PS files.

    To make a long story short: Is there anyone who can provide the latest firmware files for the bizhub c20?


    ps: Two weeks ago I was able to "see" these files on the official konica website... but now I cannot see
    them anymore? Can someone confirm there was a change?

      There hasn't been a firmware update for the C20 machines since May 2014 and the latest was version 3.53. What version does your machine have?

          Someone sent me the V353 yesterday... so this is my current configuration:

          1. Engine Rom
          mc4695mf: A0FD50G3060000
          bizhubC20: A0FD50G0060000

          2. Controller Rom
          mc4695mf: A0FD-V913-A1
          bizhubC20: A0FD-V353-A1 (was V350 until yesterday).

          3. PS/PCL Controller Rom
          mc4695mf: A0FD30G0001103
          bizhubC20: A0FD30G0000805

          4. PC/PCL Boot Rom
          mc4695mf: A0FD99G0000100
          bizhubC20: A0FD30G0000105

          Boot Rom is identical: V0.18PA
