Got problem when I use for color copy my machine will auto shut down but black White everything okey
U guys got idea for this problem can share wtih me

That machine is very expensive as to manipulate their mechanisms without proper knowledge and training,
my suggestion is that you better call a local Konica authorized center to carry out a full servicing of your machine.
