Bought a used bizhub C220 and the HDD failed. I put in a new SATA drive, and it's asking me for the HDD lock code. Is there a default or work around code? Or how can I reset or remove the code if I do not know it? I was able to get to a section to preform a format. It did not give me the option to run a logical format, so I ran the other option. Still is asking for the HDD lock password. Thanks in advance.

The problem was that it would not allow me to perform a logical format. I did run the physical format. I spoke with a guy that works on these bizhubs quite a bit, and he told me to try 1 -15 as the HDD password. Ended up being 1-14+1, and that reset the password. I'm doing a logical format on it now.
