Hi guys,
Iv got a C554e that jams intermittently on A3 in the SD-512 section just before it goes into fold. The paper rises up and catches on the black paper guide at the top that moves on a cam. I dont know if its a timing issue or just static build up. Machine is fairly new. Only jamming A3 80gsm.
Tried new pack of paper and still happens.
Any ideas?
