    C6501 C0213

    can someone post the solutions from KM for C-0213 for the C6501...

    I already replaced decurling roller, Paper exit shaft and all 4 bearings on those two items.
    chasing the sensor (PS10) now...

    Will a faulty RU (worn, old) cause this? i guess disconnect to verify?

      check paper exit section, there a chain of gears there.. and in particular a 1-way gear - you should replace it. I hope I am not wrong but should be A03U909502

          it was one of the one way slipping... Just didn't want to pull the full boat apart if i could test assembled. Which i was able to...
