    Konica Minolta Bizhub C227 (Develop Ineo C227)

    Hello,

    I have copier Develop Ineo C227 (it is the same as Konica Minolta Bizhub C227) with calling for: periodical maintenance.

    The machine has 63.251 total pages (developing unit K: 63.251 (rotation time drum unit K: 3420M), imaging unit C, M, Y: 59.775 (rotation time: 3146M), transfer belt unit:63.251 (rotation time: 3419M), fusing unit: 63.250 (rotation time: 4586M)).

    Please I have questions:
    1.) Is something necessery preventative to change (imaging unit, developing unit??) or only clean rollers, glass, ADF and clear the message???
    2.) How could I enter service menu (Tech. rep. mode)? (It is the same as for old model C353: Press Utility/Counter, Meter count, Press Detail, STOP 00 STOP 01, pass: 00000000 ????)

      1) If you are satisfied with the print quality, then nothing should be changed, only cleaned.
      2) Menu - Counter - Display Keypad - STOP 00 STOP 01, pass: 9272927292729272. This is service mode. Then STOP 0 CLEAR (button C). This is Enhanced security mode. Press Life stop setting and then set Life stop (and probably Life warning display) off (if Enable).

          Socialist---Very appropriate user name--You have just taken something many techs worked hard to obtain and given it to someone who has not earned it, and possibly taken the rent money away from some other tech who might have been able to use his training to resolve this users issue and get paid for his time.               Many thanks to you - Socialist (very good name, and performance). No service manual at internet to download, for this copier .

                  Seriously?
                  I don't like the new copier I just bought. It says "put face down" but every time I do it, it blinds my eyes.

                          Thank you, all is working perfect. I reset the count cycle (or something with cycle - there are only two options) at MAINTENANCE.
