Konica minolta bizhub 601 can't print with front cassettes only bypass or LU

    Good day,

I have a problem with a KMBH 601, the machine can't print with the front cassette only bypass and large cassette unit (LU) are working. I change the motor in the rear side but no change.
    Please, waiting your help

Does it recognise the cassettes on the control panel?

Why was the motor replaced? Will the machine copy from the cassettes? If so, maybe connect a laptop/USB to the machine and see if it will print that way...To eliminate a customer print driver error.
Or do the cassettes not work under any circumstances?

The motor change was DC Brushress Motor 40 for Bizhub 600 601 750 751 . Part number =
15AA80050.I change it because when you put the paper and close the cassette, motor was not running to bring the paper up. After changing the motor, the problem remain. It is why i think that the problem is not motor.
