C6500 strage line on print

Please help my,i have konica minolta c6500,while printing these lines occurred.. i change al 4 charger,i tray to I reversed the black cylinder with yellow..It remained just the same defectIMAG0227.jpgIMAG0228.jpg
while changing cylinders between them, I stumbled upon one..now has a little kick to him, it works ok?IMAG0225.jpg or i must change this ?

Please help my with this line,dhis cilender with scrach in not monted on C6500 i have a bekup cilnder but is not new..what to check?

Hello ..you can try to clean laser glass window and developer on magnetic roll in developing unit...
