    B283 Konica minolta machine

    B283 konica minolta machine has message " Switch machine off and turn on" .I have done trouble reset disabled the fax and hdd to try and see what is wrong, but to no avail.Has anyone got a solution to my problem.

      Try goin into service mode and see if you can see the code it displays. report back with the code.

          One of the sneaky reasons for this is the device can't communicate its vcare information to the KM Vcare server. If you are not KM or direct, and the machine is used you may want to turn off the vcare settings. For most critical errors the device will restart on it's own and stay in the loop of starting, detecting problem, shutdown and restart. Emujo
