    bizhub C308 CD011 error

    The SM says that a HDD out of specs is connected - The machine is brand-new!
    Trouble reset fixes it temporarily but then it comes back!
    Any ideas please

      Update the firmware. Also make sure the sata driver is version 4. Sometimes it doesn't update the sata driver when doing firmware.

          Install firmware GXX-B0 as per bulletin
