DV 110 is for biz di1610,162,163,210,211...what kind is this question mate?

I see after 2 days that new drum has been started to deteriorate again and i can see its starting from the ends of transfer/charge roller. I took it for some cleaning. That's enough. This time Im writing an FPR.!

I ordered new dev completely. Wtf is happening.

OK change the dv unit, but did you change the transfer roller?
Because I had the same issue changing the transfer roller fixed the problem.
And something else what toner are you using , OEM or other?

I do not have it in front of me , but one of the other techs found the soft switch setting to turn off the change drum message. Then you just run until you really need to change it. if noone else finds it, I will try to post it tonight.

excuse me for silly question, but Di2510 and 3510 uses Dv110 instead DV310 and some people made mistakes with C 2557 as result

Im using OEM, no way that someone from company or my costumers put mexican garbage in machine. Few done it and burned them self properly .

I constantly keep my eye on char/trans roller and am 90% shure it's him but what about dveloper bias? Mybe hes frying drum. DV assy need to last 300k to 500k according to SM and i see DV started to loze some of his ellement (at the ends and in the middle its not the same "colour" to put in simple). Image densitiy in adjustmens is

I see on drum that burning line starts from the end of t. roller ...

Anyway third drum destroyed and wont risk fourth till i dont fix this!

Yes , I agree that it looks like fried from a high voltage leak. So how can this happen?
I think that a way for this to happen is, old developer old drum (both new in your case i think) or changed distance between the charge or transfer and Separation or mag roller. May be DS collars are "eaten" more quick than expected. Those are the same from bizhub 162 and old di 152 not much a high run machines . Check those collars are they spinning or are they stuck ,from time to time, are they all around circle.
May be yor distance between the doctor blade and mag roll was changed somehow, so you have a bigger developer brush.
Were the couners cleared after changing the drum and developer. Whats the "grid voltage setting" because as far as I know depending on the pc counter the grid voltage will increase, so and the bias will increase. Hope this helps. Cheers.

I will work on this image till Dev assy arrives then i will replace ( huh huh...) DV and drum. I cleaned Transfer roller....Image densitiy in tech.rep.mod is set to -3.According to sm put on - to get lighter image .

Doues anybody know how to lower the charge/transfer roller voltage, since there is no instructions in SM....? If i get to lover it i will place new dv and drum if not i will still replace...well i dont have much options in here, dont i?

This is a known issue it happens after a dev change KonicaMinolta says it is because dev got on the wrong side of the Mylars at the ends of the mag roller wearing thru the mylar then the drum it self. In Canada the drums now come with an adhesive mylar to cover the mag roll ends when adding developer to the dev unit. This is KonicaMinolta's solution. Of course you do have to start with a new dev and drum unit. You can just be very carefull when handling dev assy and adding dev, and you will accomplish the same thing.

Youve got to be kidding me right?

Copytech needs to delete this post.... you dont need to buy a chip resetter for the 200/250/350 model - you need to set the Dip Switches to simply not notify the end user that the end of life has been reached. You will find this information in your service manual!

the problem is a distance between transfer roller and drum, you have a metal plate which cover the transfer roller, tray to fix it little bit away from the drum.
