FS-534 mounting bracket part numbers

I'm looking for the installation instructions for a FS-534 connecting to a Konica Minolta C368. I have the bridge that conveys tthe copy to the finisher, but have misplaced the brackets. Does anyone have the part numbers for them or a copy of the parts list? Thanks in advance.
