konica Minolta Bizhub 211

in bizhub 211 the display comes erratically. the company advice me to updte the firmware. but i could not bale to do becuase the usb port is not detected by the computer. i tryed with 3 computer. is there any other solution to update firmware or to make detect the usb port. Kindly advice me.

Hi, I think that you have an elektrical problem (something in power supplay). If you have other 211 you can change the power supply board and see what will happen.

Check & test the power supply board, control panel board, PWB-A & the port interface card. Much better if you will install those boards to other unit just to be sure.

Did you try with two different USB cables?
