Hi all
I have just installed the above piece of kit.
When Z-Folding multiple copies/prints the first 5 copies exit ok. The exit tray drives to an acceptable level momentarily but then drives all the way to the lower limit. Subsequent copies/prints just fall to the exit tray hap-hazardly. When the copies are retrieved from the exit tray it does not return to the home position until the power is recycled.
The m/c config is as follows:-
Bizhub Pro 958
FS-537
PK-523
ZU-609
RU-515
F/W Versions loaded - G00-K7 and GC4-H0. I have tried both versions of the firmware and there is no change to the issue.
It appears that the additional sensor bank fitted to the finisher is not registering at all
