.... Well you could search, its been covered before ....
Most common fix, open right side door - on the door you will notice two latches that hold the door open, one on top and one on the bottom. Remove the screw from the bottom one, behind the bar that holds the latches remove the black HV block (with the two springs coming out of it) with two screws. Now, from where you just removed the HV block, use electrical tape to cover up all the metal in that area.
This is a super common place for the machine to arc out, if that doesnt work... open the Transfer/Seperation door (the little black door once you open the right side - and you expose the drum) pull the T/S unit (with pressure hooks) and inspect that for arcing as well, or even a piece of foam or paper sitting inside the unit
If the first thing doesnt work, you may need to replace the whole black door unit for the T/S unit + the T/S unit itself.Comment
