KM C452 with a half inch Blue digital line

[GR81]

I have a KM C452 that is putting a digital half inch blue line on every print, it almost looks like a calibration strip.
Anyone run into this before and more importantly have a fix?

What have you done to fix it? It is better to list what you have done so we are not repeating a bunch of things.

I think we got it, it is throwing a P-21 error.

Cleaning unit snapped off of the transfer belt.
Busted the plastic right in half.
