    [Misc] Some features are missing in Konica Minolta Bizhub C224 - Scan/ fax, User Box, key p

    I'm having an issue with Konica Minolta Bizhub C224. Some of the features are missing on the control panel. Particularly SCAN/FAX, USER BOX, KEY PAD etc. It would be grateful if experts can help me resolve the issue. It could be the firmware needs to be update or harddisk is failing or something else. I'm happy to pay for your expertise if you could help me to resolve it.The Konica Minolta asking $250 just for callout fee. Thank you all for your help in advance.
