    Konica 7145 with IP 432

Our IT guy hooked up the IP 432 up to 2 different machines and all it prints is Jibberish. Can anyone tell me what the problem may be or how to fix it IP unit?

    Thanks, Kristin

Some more info would be helpful, such as which print driver is he installing. The IP432 comes standard with PCL, but has a postscript option. Using the wrong driver will give you this type of result.

Try using System code 25.11.2 I seem to remember 25.12.x being a little buggy! And PCL driver Version KM 4.4.17a note this drive comes with a popup password by default which should be disabled before sending a test page ( so when you install the driver do not choose print test pageat time of install).
Online Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.

How do you disable this password popup? Its preventing ANYONE from printing. I would like it to go away and never ever come back. Thank you.

From the printer folder right click the printer and choose properties, the under the options or configuration tab you will find the box to uncheck for popup option.
