Hi

we have a strange one this machine had a c2255 code so we teplaced the color moter. Only for the machine to start throwing up c5102. This will reset for a while bit re occurs

today we have replaced the full drive unit ,code still there just as paper starts to feed

any help would be appreciated

One of the units could lock up or be stiff.

Transport motor is problem.
Did you check drum units and Transfer Belt?
