KM C360 Hourglass when printing with Mac

Hey Everyone,

I have an account with a C360 all PC users print without issue, however when the two Mac users print from their Internet Browser the print job locks up the machine causing it to display the hourglass and start rebooting. I have done the firmware with the current version and no improvements. If the users save their print jobs as PDF's they print fine. Any ideas?
