    [Jamming] Strange 72-11 jam

    I'm working on a bizhub 754e that has a fs-535 finisher and a pk521 punch unit.
The machine is only jamming when home punching with a 72-11 code. Staples/normal prints come out fine, it's only when hole punching.

I removed the pk unit and it seems to be fine, I double checked the fs1 gate in the finisher, as well as the Mylar that's in that section as these can all cause a 72-11 jam.

Anyone know of an adjustment on the pk unit that can prevent this jam?

    Thanks!

I'll take it back. It ended up being the springs that press the white rollers onto the grey rollers in the finisher entrance. Somehow they came loose. After reattaching, it started working normally. Funny it didn't affect the regular paper feed
