[Misc] C3850FS Toner issues

hey guys im a tech with KMBS but im having an issue with a c3850fs that i cant find any info for this issue on ssd ive tried cleaning the contacts using a different toner bottle and ive just replaced the PRCB but the issue is still going on the machine is telling me that it needs a new black toner and until it gets it its not going to work. any ideas to fix this issue?

I tried both a new one and a used one

Check if there is any broken plastic parts inside the toner supply section.

got a hold of a different new toner bottle and that one worked i guess the customer got a bad toner bottle or something.
