I haven't used twain drivers since bizhub 163 or bizhub C252 but if I remember correctly 163 could use TWAIN driver only with USB not network. On the other side colour machines and bigger b/w could only use TWAIN driver through network not USB.
Could be that b195/215 is the same as 163/211.
Have you tried TWAIN over USB?
Scanner shoud be auto-recognized by Win.
Silly queastion: Why you need TWAIN scanning since there is SMB, FTP and e-mail alternatives on the machine?
TWAIN makes sense if machine is not connected to the network or when importing to some special apps/programs.
It does work over the network and works fine on Win7.
The customer is hard headed, tried to lead her to the light for FTP for speed.
Most of the scanning is for archiving to its really silly.
I understand if it is used for DTP stuff because of the high resolutions that on some machines works only with twain.
So i did setup the FTP and showed her the joys of push scanning... But still she is not a happy customer.
Just because some tit installed it to start with.
So you installed on Win7 x64 GDI driver package including twain and the same don't work on Win10?
Are you not able to install it or you install it and it simply doesn work?
If it simply doesn't work wait for newer driver version or try to setup it to work in compatibility mode.
I used to do this with Canon twain driver when they didn't support 64 bit.
Regarding DTP, even 600dpi TIFF push scan is more than enough for demanding tasks.
