    New paper bac

    Hello people's!

    i have one bizhub c308 ! And i add a new paper bac 3 and 4 ! But I don't find him in the printer driver! Any suggestions please!!

      Hello,

      In printer properties, you have an option, and you can check what you install.
      And you have to read your configuration wia IP adress.

      Are you cennect propertly paper tray in main body?

          On Windows any option (including additional trays) should be automatically recognized, otherwise update printer driver or reinstall it if you have last version.

          On Mac you must manually select that you have appropriate option.
