We have had two Biz 423 that will not feed from tray one, all the other trays are fine.we have replaced the transport with the correct one ,fuser and transfer unit with no joy. We also have a 283 that is doing the same,any suggestions,thank you for any replies.

What is total counter ??
Jam #s when jams occur from mgmt. list would help.
It may be the registration bushings X 4 if count is 500k+ -
