Separation claw unit MISSING from transfer belt unit.... normal? not a big deal?

This thing had been under contract directly with KM Service for a long time.

Is it bad that the separation claw unit is completely missing from the transfer belt unit?

I was thinking maybe there was a service bulletin or some type of hack-fix to correct some kind of issue??

Probably not though. This C6500 has a few screws missing in common maintenance areas.

Sep. Claw assy remove, No problem.
But, perhaps Paper jam in transfer belt cleaning unit.
