just replaced tray one feed motor and machine is saying tray one unavailable is there something i have to clear out or reset after replacing it??

try turning machine off and leave the tray out then turn back on,
message should have gone then push tray back in.

If this doesnt work turn machine on holding the yellow reset button until you get a button appear in the center of the screen, press this button and then turn machine off and on again.

Did you check to make sure all your connectors are reconnected properly?
Also, go into service mode, System 1, problem unit isolation and make sure tray 1 is "Unset"
