Working on Bizhub 353 with a fiery first problem was they couldn't print when I got there I noticed the cable from the fiery to the machine was broke (apparently somebody dropped a ream of paper on it or something and broke the pins that screw in) so I replaced that and printing works fine but now they say that since I did that the scanning will only work for an hour or 2 at a time. So it will work and then when they notice it failing they restart the machine then its fine again for a couple of hours then stops again. just wondering if anybody has any idea what could be causing this?
