[Misc] No fonts on display

Hello all,

One of my Konica Minolta bizhub c454e having a issue with display texts. Only it shows the pictures like copy icon is there but no copy text .
And when I print management list its printing only numeric data.
The same machine having one more issue with ADF scanning when the originals are mixed with A4 and A3 the output will be always A3.
Kindly help to resolve both.

Simple question, but have you tried updating to latest firmware?

For the ADF check the operation of the paper size detection sensor in the middle of the grey paper tray.

I didn't get the latest version. But I have K6 only. I'll try that.
But in the ADF A3 and A4 its working when it's scanned separately but in mixed originals the output will be always A3 even the original its combined with A4 and A3.
