    C253 Purging Magenta toner

    This comes straight from the waste toner box in a c253. 3 days after the water box was emptied and all toner cartridges was replaced. Machine is using katun brand of toner. Any takers?

          How old is the magenta IU? Have you attempted any troubleshooting yet?
