I have had this same issue , I tried a new fuser but it did not resolve . The trick is to remove the covers and adjust the small tension springs on each end of the fusing unit . This worked for me .

Man, Konica's site is the worst. I am not able to find a bulletin regarding this, either. Any chance somebody could post the Ref#?

Hi, I had the same problem in a new series machine and with a few pages (10,000).


The fuser made a little noise. This is quite normal and happens in some cases. Just wait for a few copies and the noise will disappear with time.
