bizhub 287 can't print

Hi friends!
i am diffcult with bizhub 287. Print processing on the computer finished but printing does not start. job list on the control panel of this machine is print processing.
please help me ,thanks all.

Does the machine take copies?

If it's just a print issue, it may be that someone has 2 print drivers on their pc for that machine. They may have the same ip address in use on another driver which will have to be removed for the correct driver to print. If the machine doesn't copy the end of life messages may not be set up

Can you access to the device through the web? Does the machine take copies and faxes, and what about scan? If it's just print problem, return the machine to the factory settings.

Machine is photo normal, on the panel isn't error.
