bizhub c3350 install process unit

I had a 5102 trouble code indication that the M1 motor was bad . So, I replaced the motor
then it said to install the process unit . I reseated all process units and checked the HVT board for
misaligned spring contacts all was well but, same message . Before I go and replace the main board(prcb)
is there anything else to consider or has anyone had this problem?

On a few other models, when we had to remove and re-install HVT board, we pull the IU units out of the machine a little. Give plenty of room for the spring contacts to go where they need.
Then push IU's back in.

Thanks for the reply and that is what I thought . So I re seated the HVT and slid all process units in and out. My next move is firmware then PRCB.
