Default Administrator password for CSRC

We have installed csrc (or aka vcare in some regions) on a server however we are unable to log into the web app page. Tried various passwords with no luck and it doesn't appear to be able to be changed anywhere. Does anyone know the default password?

Are you saying that you have Vcare enabled on the MFP(s) but are not able to access the vcare server to get your reads, errors etc, or are you trying to login to the vcare server from the MFP? If you are KM direct, PM me with you KM email address and I'll get you the login info. EMujo
