Didn't see the copier yet myself and have no experience with this type. Customer send me a copy with a warped image on it. The copy has been made from the platen glass, no information available about situation when copies are made with ADF or prints.
Before I go there (long travel) anything I should know? Copy also does look "hazy" and with bad fills. Mirror knocked out of position responsible for warped and hazy image perhaps?
Is this machine known to have issues with warped copies or other serious problems?
