    [Misc] Konica bizhub c3100p - change administrator password

    Hello!
    I have a problem with the BizHub C3100P printer. After installation two years ago the IT administrator changed the administrator password. Now IT does not have. I need to change network settings and I can not do anything. Is there anyone able to help me change main password? Sorry for my English, I can not speak in English.

      are you the tech or end user? there is a procedure in the service manual to reset the admin password.

          I did not know that such a manual exists. I am the end user. I found the manual. Tomorrow will test.
