C6501 backup waste toner - removing collection pipes to find NOISE

Waste bottle overflowed... causing a backup.
Now i have a loud noise in the waste toner system - both motors make the same noise (M41 and m18)

Tomorrow going to pull machine away from wall and pull the entire auger system, and order parts.
Any suggestions - hate removing the process unit, but don't see another way.

BTW machine has over 5 Million on it, anything i should replace while i have this dinosaur apart?
