KonicaTouch Pannel sensitivity problem

Hello...Pls give me a help in resetting the touchpannel of 7235..
One of my customers was adjusting the things in the key operator mode and by mistake he came across the touch pannel sensitivity adjustmnt and once he came out from the key operator mode the touch pannel is no more responding..I had a check to the machine, all the hard keys are working fine..but the touch sensitivity has lost..I went to the key op.mode to adjust the sensitivity and also to the service modes..but from there i can't go further as evrything can be selected through touch pannel only..So if anyone can help me in this,please let me know if there is a touch pannel reset or something like that which can be done by hard keys or like that..Thanks

hi when already in that mode the key op. press 1 in hard key and it will automatically go into touch panel adjustment.

Also check round the edge of the panel for any dirt as this will act like someone holding a button down and stop the display from working
