Bizhub c552 common problem.

Helo out there,

As per the attached sample from the bizhub C552, i have observed that fault in five other bizhubs C552 amazingly this fault seems to only contain itself in C552s
Is this known fault? Is there a bulletin for this fault? Has anyone else encountered this fault? Please assist asap.

This seems to me as the problem inherited from C550's. Check and clean the ribbon cables on laser relay board on left of machine.
