When doing a PM on the C500 fuser roller it appears that previous tech broken a piece of the fixing heater 1 Part 65AF83031 and used tape to hold in place. I want to get machine up and running for customer ASAP and it appears no one has this in-stock for immediate shipping. Any ideas or temp fixes?
