    Konica Minolta status notification

    Hey everyone
We have recently started setting up machines to send total counter and status information via email. When we set up total counter there is a place to enter the machine location, but with the status notification there is not.
When the info is received there is an empty field labeled "Installed Place". I am not sure what this is referring to. If it is supposed to provide us with the location of the machine I can't find where, on the machine, to enter this info. Is anyone familiar with using this feature? I would really appreciate knowing how if it is possible to fill this field.
    This is what is received.

    Occurred Time :09/01/2017 09:37:46

    Installed Place :
    IP Address :192.168.1.35
    Error : Job is finished.

    Thanks.

Someone can explain me how it works that i get the counter on a fix date? 31.12.xx

I can choose the month and the day but i get always emails on different days from different devices.
          Intervall (1-6) i set 6
          Day (1-31) i set 31

Some emails come in at 31.2 others on 31.1 ...

          Thank you for your advise.

Make sure the time and date on all the machines are the same. Can always use NTP if its that critical.

Not sure what models this is for but I just checked a C360 (didn't expect to find the setting on it) and a C454e but there is no "IPP Setting" under Administrator settings > network > IPP setting > printer location. Unless it can only be accessed via the web interface which I haven't checked yet.
