hello, i have a c352 and i replaced DIMM and DDR modules months ago, and was working fine about 3 months, but now only can print just 1 file.. 4765 error is present some times (extraction hardware timeout) but i replaced memmory modules with another modules and nothing happens... near DIMM modules there is a battery but i dont know if the battery could be the reason of PCB -> DIMM bad communication...
any ideas to solve it?
